Alright. Today is Sunday, November 1st, 2015. Halloween is over, clocks went back one hour and I'm a slacker.
Right now, I'm going to be busy. I'm going to do my homework through the entire day except for the evening hours where I'm in driving lessons. I'm going to be doing my English homework - which probably going to be shorter - and doing the video editing project to turn in. School is tomorrow so I better not slack this time.
I'm also going to be doing my butt workout again from now. This time, I think I can box squat with a slightly unique way. It feels like standing with my feet freely, with no furniture to stand in front of to support is giving my right knee a bit painful. For explanation about my history, I love butts, big butts, especially women's butts. But in late-Winter-early-Spring 2009, when I came across 'butt workout' on one of my aunt's emails (she was using my computer for a while, although it's technically not as it seems since it was the only one and it was on the living room), I was intrigued and started watching a couple of the videos for the next few days. Since then for the next few years, I sometimes google search butt workout and read the exercises and also read two butt workout magazine articles: one on Seventeen in 2011; the other in Woman's Health in May 2013.
But I actually never started working out on my butt until September 2013. I did try doing squats, lunges, and step-outs, (and posted my journey on one of my now-dormant blogs, The Banana) but by late-October, I had given up. For the next year and a half, I tried to butt workouts again...but very sporadically. I tried steps ups, I tried lunges. It turned out that squats were not the best for me; my right knee is painful. So I tried searching a butt workout without squats or lunges. But it wasn't until Saturday, May 23rd, 2015 when I started doing a different kind of a butt workout with kickbacks, bridges and donkey kicks. I did one set of 100 repetitions of the exercises before double with another set as the months go buy. Then I technically paused several days in August from...I don't know...August 19 -30, two days in September and now from October 14th. (This delay was all due to....my slacker issues) Now with box squats and everything else, I will try my butt workout again today and try double the sets in any of the months even more.
As of this writing, I should be doing my butt workout now (it's 8:08am eastern time), but I figured I might be doing in the next hour.
It's the first day of November and this time, I'm not going to be slacking this time. It's Sunday, the day before school. I should not be slacking to the end because then I'll put myself into the race against time. I'll also be consistent with this blog for now as well as posting videos on YouTube, so I'll keep you posted. For now, thanks for reading.
